Criteria:

• Candidate must fully bilingual
• Must have a minimum of 2 Years Call Center experience in Dealerships
• Good Excel, Word, PowerPoint Skills
• Sales pal, CMS and LMS system knowledge will be advantage.
• Good communication/people skills and the ability to adapt working in a high-pressure environment

Responsibilities and duties

• To communicate with new and existing clients
• Handle follow up and new leads and calls
• Comprehensive list to be discussed during interview
