POSITION: Call Centre Agent
We are looking for a Call Centre Agent who meets the following criteria
Criteria:
• Fully bilingual (fluent in both [English & Afrikaans)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
• Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, maintaining composure and delivering results
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office Suite
• Professional writing skills and attention to detail in written communication
Responsibilities and duties
• To communicate with new and existing clients
• Handle follow up and new leads and calls
• Taking Photo’s of vehicles to be loaded onto website
• Loading of vehicles onto company website
