POSITION: Creditors Clerk (Kia)

We are looking for a Creditors Clerk

Staring date: ASAP

Criteria:

• Bilingual- English and Afrikaans
• Minimum 3 Years Motor Industry Experience (Finance Department)
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Matric with Tertiary Education in Accounting
• Good communication and Time Management Skills
• Evolve Experience a must
• Accuracy and attention to detail a MUST

Responsibilities and duties

• Capturing of monthly expenses
• Ensuring compliance of all Tax invoices
• Payment and processing of al AP accounts
• Reconciliation of accounts (approximately 110 Accounts)
• Full creditors Function
• Ordering of Stationery and Groceries
