POSITION: Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our team as a Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for balancing customer experience, compliance, and profitability, while delivering exceptional financial and insurance solutions to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide tailored financial and insurance solutions to customers.
• Ensure full compliance with FAIS, FICA, and NCA regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical standards.
• Drive profitability through effective deal structuring and product offerings.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering transparent, professional service.
• Collaborate with dealership teams to support operational and sales goals.
Minimum Requirements
• Proven track record as an F&I Manager within the motor industry, with at least 6 years’ experience.
• Fit and proper status with up-to-date FAIS/FICA/NCA qualifications.
• Current CPD hours completed and maintained.
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and financial services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to balance compliance with business growth objectives.
• Seriti experience essential.
