We are looking for a Dealer Principal

Criteria:
 Bilingual- English and Afrikaans
 Able to work well under pressure
 Target driven
 Good Communication skills
 Ensure customer satisfaction
 Clear criminal record
 Sound knowledge of automotive industry
 Minimum 7 years’ experience

Responsibilities and duties:
 Ensure dealership profitability
 Promote brand excellence
 Handle all facets of the role including staff oversight
 Enhance operational efficiency
 Business-specific financial management
 Continuous monitoring of industry changes
 Meet KPI requirements
