POSITION: New Car Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager

Staring date: ASAP

Criteria:

• Bilingual- English and Afrikaans
• Ability to analyse sales data, identify trends and work well under pressure as well as be target driven
• Excellent communication, Interpersonal and leadership Skills
• Strong New Car Manager experience and knowledge of Chinese brands would be preferential. - Minimum 3-5 Years Experience
• Ability to motivate individuals in a commission-based sales environment
• System Knowledge: CMS, Evolve and quick leaner on OEM systems.
• Valid endorsed SA Licence

Responsibilities and duties

• Selling of New vehicles to make maximum gross profit
• Hire, train couch and motivate sales team to achieve monthly targets
• Develop and implement effective advertising, marketing and sales promotion strategies
• Maintaining of customer CVP and retention
• Handle customer complaints and maintain professional relationship with customers
• Oversee day-to-day operations of Department
• Understanding of financials
