POSITION: Senior F & I Manager

We are looking for a Senior F & I Manager at the above-mentioned Dealership with strong Selling, communication and admin skills and that meets the minimum criteria

Staring date: ASAP

Criteria:

Qualified F & I with minimum 10 Years Experience
Bilingual- English and Afrikaans
Ability to work well under pressure and be target driven
Good communication Skills
Good Computer skills
NCA completed
Professional appearance and high ethical standards
Team Player
Seriti Experience a MUST

Key Responsibilities
• Provide tailored financial and insurance solutions to customers.
• Ensure full compliance with FAIS, FICA, and NCA regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical standards.
• Drive profitability through effective deal structuring and product offerings.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering transparent, professional service.
• Collaborate with dealership teams to support operational and sales goals.
Minimum Requirements
• Proven track record as an F&I Manager within the motor industry.
• Fit and proper status with up-to-date FAIS/FICA/NCA qualifications.
• Current CPD hours completed and maintained.
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and financial services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to balance compliance with business growth objectives.
