POSITION: Service Advisor

We are looking for a Jaguar Land Rover Service Advisor

Staring date: ASAP
Criteria:

• Bilingual- English and Afrikaans
• Ability to work well under pressure and be target driven
• Good communication Skills
• Good Computer skills
• Evolve/ BSI Experience –minimum 3-5 Years
• Previous Experience as Service Advisor with “Jaguar / Land Rover” will be an advantage
• Own transport
• Good Time-keeping
Responsibilities and duties

• Leasing with Workshop Customers
• Updates the customer on progress and checks customer satisfaction on completion
• Ensures all work is carried out and charged for
• Accurately maintains document control systems
• Accurately maintains cash/credit accounting to ensure security of all payments
• Accurately opening of job-cards daily
• Manage daily targets and KPI’s
• Manage own cash outstanding and WIP Daily
