POSITION: Service Bookings/ Costing Clerk

We are looking for a Service Bookings/ Costing Clerk who meets the following:
Staring date: ASAP

Criteria:
•Previous Kia Workshop experience will be an advantage
•Ability to work well under pressure
•Fully bilingual- English and Afrikaans
•Evolve and BSI- Experience
•Willing to work late over month-end and alternative Saturdays

Responsibilities and duties
•Dealing with Service Advisors on a daily basis
•Doing Cash receipting and costing during the day
•Computer literate- Evolve/ BSI
•Taking Phone calls for service bookings
•Doing Filing of Job-cards daily
•Must be a Team player and be able to multitask
