Service Guest Liaison

POSITION: Service Guest Liaison

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic person who meets the following:

Staring date: ASAP

Criteria (Minimum)

• Minimum 5 Years experience as a Service Advisor
• Good customer complaints handling skills
• Good communicator in English and Afrikaans
• BSI Experience
• Computer Skills

Job Requirements

• Manage all customer complaints in Service Dept
• Assist morning/afternoon in Service Reception
• Follow-up calls to Service Customers
• Manage Service One CX inc. Surveys and Alerts
• Assist as Service Advisor and Bookings Clerk
• Assist with General Admin duties
