POSITION: Service Manager (JLR/HONDA/MG)
We are looking for a Service Manager for the above Brands
Staring date: ASAP
Criteria:
• Bilingual- English and Afrikaans
• Ability to work well under pressure and be target driven
• Good communication Skills
• Good Computer skills
• Minimum 2-3 Years’ experience in managing a profitable workshop
• Experience with Dealer Management system
• Valid Driver’s license
Responsibilities and duties
• Lead and manage all aspects of the service department (Workshop, service advisors admin)
• Drive customer satisfaction (CSI) and handle escalations professionally
• Maximise workshop efficiency, productivity and profitability
• Monitor and approve key KPI’s (Labour GP, Hours per RO, ARO, retention)
• Ensure full compliance with OEM standards and warranty processes
• Manage workshop loading, workflow and turnaround times
• Develop and couch team members to achieve high performance
• Collaborate with parts department to optimise availability and sales
• Implement customer retention strategies and service campaigns
